Return Process

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, or opt for a QR code if you prefer a printer-free experience at designated drop-off locations.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygienic liners and hangtags are intact, and securely seal the parcel.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange once the return is received.
